Amin’s Story
Born in Tehran, Iran, Amin experienced hardship from an early age. His parents divorced when he was just three years old, and throughout much of his childhood, he moved from house to house while family members helped care for him. His father struggled with alcoholism and was not prepared to support a family, and Amin did not reunite with his mother until he was nine years old.
At the age of nine, Amin moved to the United States to live with his mother, stepfather, and half-brother. It was then that he discovered his mother was battling severe bipolar disorder and required medical attention. By the age of thirteen, Amin made the difficult decision to move to Philadelphia to live with his aunt and uncle in search of stability and a better future.
While living in Philadelphia, Amin began working at his aunt and uncle’s farmers market. This experience became the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey. By the age of sixteen, he was managing the market on his own, developing the leadership, communication, and business skills that continue to define his success today.
Despite progress, Amin faced additional challenges and eventually moved back to Tehran at seventeen to live with his grandmother. Returning to Iran after spending much of his life immersed in Western culture was a major adjustment. During this period, he learned how to adapt quickly, navigate difficult environments, and further strengthen his people skills and resilience.
At nineteen, Amin returned to the United States and moved back in with his ill mother. This chapter of his life brought new struggles and emotional hardships. In an effort to cope, he turned to alcohol. Eventually, he reached a turning point where he realized he had two choices: remain a victim of his circumstances or take control of his life and create change.
He chose change.
Amin stopped drinking and committed himself to personal growth, leadership, and self-improvement. He began building a career in management and leadership, working tirelessly to develop his skills and gain experience. Over the years, he progressed from managing local businesses to leading multimillion-dollar companies.
Throughout his career, Amin has helped companies improve branding, hiring systems, employee training programs, accountability structures, compensation plans, operational efficiency, and workplace culture. He has successfully reduced costs, increased profitability, improved morale, strengthened leadership teams, and developed effective marketing strategies for organizations across multiple industries.
For more than two decades, Amin has dedicated his life to achieving success while helping others do the same. A lifelong learner and mentor, he believes strongly in the philosophy: “The more you give, the more you get.”
Today, Amin is the CEO of multiple companies and partners with highly successful entrepreneurs and business leaders. He is currently working on several books focused on success, leadership, and personal growth, while continuing to coach and mentor others.
His mission is simple:
To help millions of people achieve their lifelong dreams—just as he achieved his own.
